If there is better service somewhere, I haven't seen it!!! This company is beyond excellent. As usual, I ordered the wrong size sweater for my wife. Pacas sent me a free shipping icon for my return. I mailed it back from the UPS store. Before they got the sweater, they had shipped the correct size one to my home address. We got the new sweater in less than a week. That kind of service is amazing. Also, the magenta sweater was much-loved by my wife. I will continue to do business with Pacas.

My husband and I traveled to Peru for our 30th anniversary in September and were able to feed some alpacas and admire the textiles made of their fiber and couldn’t bring enough souvenirs back in my luggage for all of our coworkers; and so I researched that your company had the best quality as well as the best use of the resources as well as honoring and contributing to the people who tend to the alpacas. I gave the socks out as a Christmas gifts where I work as a nurse and everyone was so impressed with the softness.

I have to say I LOVE these socks. I was a bit worried about spending so much on socks but when they went on sale I bought a 3 pack to try them out. When I got them one of the pairs in the 3 pack had snags in it. I contacted the company and they sent me a WHOLE additional 3 pack no questions asked. That is AMAZING customer service. Now lets get to wearing the socks. They are so soft, not scratchy at all! They are padded just enough on the bottom to make them so warm. I used to freeze all the time in my house but when I wear these I am warm all the time. I love them and will be getting more in the future!!!

I simply cannot believe how delicious warm and comfortable these compression socks are. Not only am I wearing them for skiing but also for my daily walks on chilly New England walks. I truly hate to take them off at the end of a day. I am also so delighted with the ease of putting them on and taking them off. I am 5'6" tall but they come all the way to my knees and a bit beyond. Where have the Pacas been all my life? They are now my life-support for the winter days. Believe me, I have bought every ski and hiking sock available but none have been anywhere as warm or comfortable as my awesome Pacas! Throw Blanket

I purchased the solid throw blanket in wine melange. It's a burgundy color with tiny bits of black woven throughout, very nice color. I'm very happy with my selection. This blanket which I use like a shawl is very lightweight, warm but not smothering, and super soft. There's a slight texture that can be felt only when brushing my arm against it but not itchy. The fringe on the ends are twisted and not cut which makes it look finished. Overall a lovely piece that can be used in different ways, I would love to get it in other colors.

I now have 2 dozen Pacas. 16 pairs of the heavy weight crews. I absolutely love them. I hate wearing socks. I never find them comfortable. But with these, I forget I even have socks on. I’ve even slept in them because I forgot they were on my feet. I get migraines often and am sensitive to things touching my body when I get them. And my feet are often cold when I have one but I’m also conscious of the leg bands digging into me, or when the toes twist, or other annoying things regular socks do. These stay in place and keep your feet at just the right temperature. I’ll eventually replace most of my socks with these. I also bought the advent calendar to try the other styles of socks. I love them all.

The material is way nicer than the average compression sock without sacrificing the compression. Husband has different compression socks and I tried his--they took me 15 minutes to get on! I had never heard of Pacas prior to getting their quarter zip sweater, so, to be honest, I was quite skeptical. I had heard online of alpaca wool being superior to both merino and cashmere in terms of warmth, and this was the first brand that popped up. Looking back, I’m very sure I made the right choice, as the wool is true, actual wool. You can feel the warmth this thing will deliver when you first put it on so much that you’ll feel like a llama yourself. :)

I bought a pair for the whole family - all lightweight crew for both men and women. These socks are delightfully soft and warm, and stylish! They now make up my entire winter sock wardrobe because my other socks just can’t hold a candle to them. I’ve become a bit of a Pacas zealot; I’ve given many pairs to friends and family, and I keep extra pairs on hand as last-minute gifts. If you’re on the fence, go for it! I guarantee you won’t regret it. One thing to note is that they do shrink a bit in the dryer, so either plan on hanging them to dry, or order a size up.

So, I honestly love this sweater. It’s beautiful, the weave is nice and heavy, and I think it will be the perfect level of warmth for my husband when he’s hiking this winter. My only problem is that it’s a very black sweater and whoever stitched on the tag, didn’t do a very good job… you can see the very white stitching clearly on the back of the very black neck. Probably not that big of a deal, but for a sweater of this price point, I would think that wouldn’t be there. Otherwise very happy with the sweater.

I have bought cheap socks my whole life because I am well, frugal. My sister bought some Pacas a bit ago and gave me a couple pairs and I am just blown away at how comfortable socks can be. These socks are so cushiony, they keep my feet cool, they are breathable. They seem like they will last a long time. When I put a pair on it is like a foot massage. I love these socks. I am on my feet all day most every day and these socks make a difference. I highly recommend!
