These socks are in fact SUPER soft, very comfortable and most importantly warm. I go hiking with my dog every weekend, and here in parts of Canada it can get extremely cold, this current winter in particular we have been experiencing some bone chilling, frostbiting, toe curling COLD. All this being said I have been wearing my PACA socks on my early morning walks/hikes, and my feet stay warm, comfy and wrapped in love courtesy of an Alpaca!

Love these socks; easy to wash/dry, so soft! Warm but not too hot in warmer weather. I wish they came larger, as they bind a little; I wear 8.5-9 shoes. I bought some men's socks, med-large, and they fit better, but I like the colors in the women's better. I've worn cotton, bamboo linen, merino (Darn Toigh) socks, and these are my FAVORITE SOCKS EVER.

My son needed warm socks for walking his husky miles a day. He has purchased wool in the past but I ran upon this company, bought some socks and surprised him. He loves them. More than any wool sock he has wore. He said they are really soft and wash well. They actually keep his feet warmer than wool.

These socks are so soft and keep my feet warm. I don’t ever want to take them off! I love the extra cushioning on the bottom. I have either given them as gifts or recommended them to many of my friends.

For reference, I normally wear Bombas, Topo Design and Chup socks. I read the reviews of these on an Instagram ad of all places, and everyone was raving over them. I'm a sock person so I knew I had to try them. I'm not kidding when I say I ripped the delivery bag open, put on the socks and didn't take them off for 3 days. My partner and I now fight over these socks. They're too new for me to determine their quality long term so I plan to re-review these after 6 months but they seem like they'll hold up. My ONLY critique is that I'd love to see more fun patterns, multi-colored socks, etc. They're all a little plain, which is great for some occasions but other times, I like to accessorize with fun socks. And these are socks I'd love to show off.

I have purchased womens, men and kids pacas socks for my family. I wasn't sure if the men socks would go over well. They did. The family loves them. Youngest daughter stated her socks that are not pacas doesn't compare to the pacas socks. She is cleaning out her sock drawer for pacas sock only.

I have a circulatory issue which causes my toes to easily succumb to frostbite. I needed to find better, warmer socks. I tried other brands that didn’t work for me. Then I discovered Pacas. They are warm and cushioning and ever so soft on my frostbitten toes. And they are seamless toe, which is a feature not all that easily found, but greatly appreciated. I’m in love with these socks! Until now, I've been a loyal Stance sock wearer; however, my only complaint was that the crew sock elastic was so tight on my lower calf. I thought I would give Pacas a try, and what a life-changing event! So soft! The elastic on my calf is so comfortable; yet, the sock stays up and doesn't slip under my heel. My goal is to gradually replace every single Stance sock with a Pacas!

My grandson who is 3.5 years old loves these socks. They keep his feet warm. I tell him they are made from alpaca wool. He likes to say alpaca now and its so cute.

I have my whole family loving Pacas! Have bought the light weight crew socks recently for myself and they are great for most days in the Northeast USA. When the temp drops below freezing the originals are the best. I also have the no shows and sport performance and low cuts. Would recommend them all.

My feet are cold year round and I have been wearing merino socks, almost exclusively, for decades. I decided to give the Pacas a try and see if they are better or not. Merinos are warm and cozy and the Pacas are warm and cozy as well. I really couldn't tell the difference so I decided to do an experiment and wore Pacas on my left foot and merinos on my right for an entire day. They are very close but Pacas are a tad bit cozier.

My first order was a three pack of lightweight crew socks, I love them ! I am Size 10, medium /large fit perfectly. Warm, don't shrink in the wash, most comfortable of all socks. I have now ordered a 4 pack.

I never thought I’d replace my smartwool socks- but PACAS wins. Super-super- super soft and warm. Haven’t tried the lightweight yet- that’s next. The fit is perfect- not tight on my thicker calf and yet they stay up. I think too much cardboard and promo paper and packaging waste- would rather pay less for socks than more for paper.
