Sooo comfortable. This is because of a myriad of good things. I wore these socks daily… all day… on a 12 day trip through Istanbul. Temperature was warm to hot. Wore under long pants. I was no more heated by these socks than I would be with any other knee high sock. So soft! And the tops of the socks were very comfortable. I washed by hand and they dried overnight after wringing them in a towel. Best of all, no swelling in my ankles at day’s end. I highly recommend!!

I own a wide variety of compression socks, from dress to sport. Pacas are among my favorites. Very soft on the feet, easy to pull on, good compression where needed. I especially like that they are longer than the usual compression sock, allowing you to find the most comfortable position at the top of the calf. These socks are unusual in that they make cold feet feel warm and warm feet feel cool. Not sure why that is. Time will tell how well they wear, but my initial reaction is overwhelmingly positive.
