Paca has gone above and beyond on a few occasions for me and my family and I highly recommend Paca not only for their high quality comfortable socks but spectacular customer service! Just a note I am very hard to please and most places I shop or deal with either get it wrong or have sub par customer service. Here are a few of the problems I have had with paca where they have promised to rectify and resolve and have followed through! 1) There was a promotions for free shipping for orders over $60 and as I went to check out I was still being charged for the shipping. I contacted them and they said place your order and we will reimburse your shipping. DONE! 🙂 2) My order showed up in a pink plastic bag and the sock packaging was damaged and they looked like I picked them out of a outlet store clearance bid 🤦🏽‍♂️ Something you don’t want to be giving anyone as a Christmas gift. One sock thread also was damaged and coming out of the sock. I put in my complaint in and I was completely reimbursed for my order!! 🙂👍🏽 I put the suggestion to ship their orders in boxes or at least packaging that won’t damage the sock packaging; as I am sure I’m not the only one who experienced this. These guys went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and they get a 10/10 from me.

These socks are much thinner than I expected. They are for a gift so haven't been worn. I hope they are warmer than expected, too.
