I bought some Pacas for my DIL last Christmas and she has already requested more for this year. I ordered two 3-pack sets, but one sold out before it shipped. I received a text telling me I was only receiving part of my order, and that I could pick other socks or get a refund for the missing pairs. I elected to pick other pairs and they were promptly sent to me. Joanna with Customer service was kind, efficient and helpful! I’m going to have to score some of these socks for myself to try soon!
